Collection: Warranty

For valuable consideration given, Heated Solutions and Customer agree as follows:

              Heated Solutions shall have performed electrical repairs for a period of three (2) years following the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty; excepting damaged power cords or power cord inlets.  These parts may be purchased from Heated Solutions at cost plus 10%

              Heated Solutions shall have performed repairs to any leaks from the tank wall only for a period of five (5) years following the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.  This warranty does not cover leaks from ball valves.  Ball valves shall be provided at cost plus ten (10) percent.

              Heated Solutions shall not cover dents and dings in the lid to the tank.  Heated Solutions shall provide replacement lids at cost plus ten (10) percent.

              Heated Solutions shall not cover any damage to the tank body or otherwise.

              Heated Solutions shall not cover a lost or stolen tank.

              Customer agrees to maintain the tank and to only use approved heated soak tank solutions’ parts and chemicals provided by Kay Chemical.  Failure to maintain the tank or the use of any other products voids this warranty.

              Customer agrees to contact Heated Solutions within a reasonable time of discovering an event covered by this warranty.
